I should say this first: Yes, I need new shocks and struts, and yes there's a bunch of other work the car needs to get to 100%. I am not planning on lowering my car at this point- probably not this year- so...

On a stock suspension what's my best bet for firmer shocks/struts? KYB's and Tokico Blues seem to be the favored ones from the reading I've done here and elsewhere.

If you want to do it for cheap, than Tokico and KYB are the ticket, but be aware that you are getting what you pay for. If you wanna do it right, it's either Bilstein or Koni. I've got Koni Sports on my car, and they work great on both track and street.

Tokico Blues are BS compared to the D-Spec or 5-ways.... Blue are like Stock+1

So what would be good for a DD. Not lowered, not racing, not saving the world from crime. I was looking at kyb GR2's. I only got 400 bucks to spend so Just give me some thoughts
