Hello everyone,

Here are my finds for front suspension.

This list is for those of you with a hankerin' for modding... and if you have a bottomless wallet, it helps.....  It's (IMO) the best of the best.

This is the Stangsuspension.com Maximum Motorsport K member kit.  It's actually got more components than if you purchase it from MM, at a cheeper price!
? MM K-Member
? MM Front Control arms
? MM Front Coil-Over Conversion kit
? MM Aluminum Steering Rack Bushings
? MM Caster/Camber plates
? MM Adjustable Tie-Rod Ends
? MM 2-Point K-Member Brace
? Urethane front swaybar bushings
? Swaybar end links (shorter)
? MM Front Swaybar Relocation Kit $1,800.00

These use Derlin bushings, standard geometry, and are best used with bilstein shocks.
(Please note: this is a price with the Chrome Caster Camber Plate Option)

This list only replaces the rear shocks on the back suspension.  Everything else is up front.

Things you should note:

MM does not suggest changing swaybars... they can overpower coilovers, so the stock ones should be left in place durring a coil-over.

all prices were rounded up, because the total cost doesnt include shipping anyways... lol.

If i forgot anything, please comment, because I should go and buy it. LOL

Modify:

What I did, because I'm poor. I suggest this to everyone who is looking for a budget-refurbish of their front suspension.

Looked over your list, and have a few suggestions.

1. ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid. $12 a liter, which makes it more than twice as cheap as Motul, being $14 for half liter, and works just the same. I use it at the track, and I have no problems with it.

2. Prothane dust boots seem kinda unsuitable for the task. The whole idea of a dust boot is to be soft enough to flex through the motion of the cotrol arm (and if you're using your suspension, believe me there is a lot of motion), with out exposing the greased part. Urethane piece just does not seem upto the task.

3. MM camber gauge is ok, but the real piece for serious alignment accuracy is the Smart Camber Gauge. I've seen it work, and it's as accurate as any of the alignment laser machines in the shop. It is more expensive, but it puts MM tool into shame.

Also, may I suggest dealing with Atomic Performance. I have been getting all my MM parts through them through out time, and they are totally friendly. If something is not on the website, you can call them and they will gladly get anything off MM catalogue. Most importantly, you get free shipping on stuff, where as you don't through Stang Suspension. Even with the discount code, it was still coming up to be more expensive to ship stuff to me, and I live in SoCal, right down from MM. I can't even image what the shipping charges are to some of the other people in different states.

i used the RP ATF and its working great... i have no problems with it... i also ran it through my tranny, so thats why i ran it through my PS.

i also passed on the dust boots... there was no reason to tear up my brand new ones to compensate the lubricant for the minor benifits of the dust boots... also, you dont get full performance unless you use the tie rod end boot as well, which wont fit on the aftermarket tie rod ends.

i took my car to a shop for alignment. im not a big fan on doing things that delicate without the proper tools. lol.

and thanks for the heads up! :-D ill def. look into them, because shipping is what killed me most on this build... >.<
