I run 35-36 psi (cold) in my Nitto 555r's and about 37-40 psi (cold) in my front tires reduces rolling resistance and helps with mpg on the highway or traveling. Sometimes it feels a little rough but my ass is numb now anyway

I have the 245/45-R17" Riken Raptor "Z" rated tires w/ a "W" suffix. (168 mph) I run 35 to 37 up front and the recommended 30 in the rear. Any higher and you will wear the centers out prematurely. It rarely hauls anything but me.

Depends on the tire. 32psi is a good baseline, but you have to read your tire wear, to see if you have to add pressure or take some air out. If the center section has more tread than the rest of the tire, you are underinflated, and need more air. If your center section has less tread than the rest of the tire, you have too much air in it, and need to take some out.
