I've had 275/40 et street radials on a 17x8 wheel. They looked a little funny but did the job. As far as 315s you would need a 10 or 10.5" wide wheel in the rear and at the very least flip the quad shocks or remove them.

They hooked really well for having stock suspension minus steeda sport springs...I only ran these tires at the track once and had a 1.65 60ft....then i put 27x10.5 et streets on the stock svo wheels and after some practice went a best of 1.53

Puh-lease Turbo! I have the worst 60 foot on this site, 3.2 spinning about 500 feet down the track :p. 40 PSI and 2.5k launch on street tires... Not that smart :p. I think the slick I used that day was a 26x8.5 or something like that and it was actually a little skinnier than my KDW 275s, but they hooked AMAZING but I bogged it off the line badly and the 1 slick was losing air fast. For you though, look at a 255/265 ET street from mickey thompson, those tires have good traction I hear!

The Mickey Thompson drag radials are good too, if you're looking to run on the street that is. Otherwise, go with the E/T streets

I have run the M/T drag radial & ET Street. The radial is great for a auto, but for a stick vehicle the ET Street is the only way to go.
