Thinking about getting or trading my 99 cobras for a set of bullits. what if any of the aftermarket 10.5 deep dishes match?

Why not replace your wheels and do 17X9 in the front and 17X10 or 17X10.5 in the rear.
It should look awesome with the deep dish wheels.

If i can't sell my 01 Polished Cobra's I am going to have them widened :)

If you want bullitts just go to American Muscle we have a link so we get credit and get a set of them.

Chrome 17x9 , 17x10.5 would look sick. Me personally i want 18x9 18x10 black Chrome or Chrome Bullitts.

I wanted to widen a set of your rims but all these people around me want entirely too much for them. To answer the OPs ?, if you mean match color wise, I have heard they do not match well with the stock color. Why dont you pick up the stockers and the 10.5s from AM and just paint them the color you want. Just a thought...

getting wheels widend is usually more than a new wheel, add it up with shipping both ways.

I have a guy locally who wants to trade mine for his bullets even. Thought since I have the 8" fronts already i'd just have to buy the rear 10.5's if they matched. But I also like the 10th anniversary wheels. I hate decisions.

8's are a good starting point if you don't have the cash. They will look fine, but your finish will not match ANY of the aftermarket anthracite bullits. They all have a slick almost wetsanded looking finish; the oem finish is very orange peel looking. Plus, the lip on the aftermarket 9's is pretty nice. If you can get the 10.5's on an even trade, do it. Save up for the 17x9's and complete it when you get the chance. If you wanna know what the 8 and 10.5 setup looks like, here's an anthracite set on my old s281. OEM 8's up front and AM 10.5's rear:

Those wheels look nice on your car. If you upgrade to big brakes you could use one of the extras for a 17 inch spare.
