so i have some black Saleen 18x9 24mm and 18x10's 22mm offset on the way and need to get tires. I got a set of 275/35/18's that are practically new for 100 bux so i am going to put them on the front. So now i need to get rears. I have been searching around and it seems like 295/40's and 305/35's are the typical sizes. I just don't know what will look the best and fit the best on my 97 GT with full eibach pro springs/shocks. pics would be awesome two if anyone has some

When I had 275s up front I had full wheel crank (wheel fully turned one way or the other) problems. The tires were bfg gforcesports (275/45/17) with frpp c springs with isos and they would hit my sway bar. You may run into problems, maybe not. I had 285/35/18 on the rear 18x10s. Tires fit fine but looked tiny. I say go 305 if you can afford them.

thanks for moving to a better location. The 275/35's are too cheap to not use so i hope they work ok up front. I looked at some pics of the 305's and can't really tell how well they fit.anyone got any good rear pics?

275/35 should work good enough. For the rear I'd suggest a 295/35 or 315/30-18. Do not get 295/40 as it's a bit tall. The 305 size is much more rare. I personally have 295s on my 18x10s.

can't see pics where i am. The hospital has photobucket etc blocked. Price wise it looks like im going with 285 35. Really wanted 305 or 315 but they are more than the wheels and front tires put together LOL. Ill check them out more when i get home, hopefully tomorrow ( we just had a baby!!!)

305 is also be a more expensive tire. 265/ 295 is a very common setup or the 265 / 285
