I'm debating purchasing 18x9 fr500's from wheel replicas for the front of my 94cobra. I have a upr k-member and coil-over setup now. There is not a whole lot of room between the tire and the spring now with the stock cobra rims and a 255 tire. does anybody here run this setup and how big can i go on the front tire? I was hoping to go with a 285. Also, what's the widest I can go on the back with 18x10 rim? Thanks

I'm using an MM front coilover kit, and running 275 RA1 on a 17x9 cobra for the track wheel. If you are not familiar with RA-1, they are wider than most street 275s by about half an inch. I have no clearance issues at all, but it is tight in between there. If you will have clearance issue, I'm sure a small 5mm spacer will take care of that.
