My question is not one about finding traction or fighting wheel hop with prodigious torque but one about it's effects on my torque boxes. Will the rotational forces "whack" the LCA points the same as when the SRA was installed or will the multiple bushings of the IRS/cradle absorb most of it? Should I reinforce my torque boxes anyway?

The torque boxes take less of a beating with the IRS, the control arms and bushings take most of the beating and stress from the driveline before it reaches the torque boxes. The cradle acts as another piece of frame on the car. It wouldn't hurt to reinforce them though.
