I'm running mm Camber plates with the mm bumpstops along with tokico d specs and c-springs. I've noticed the car is extremely bouncy up front on certain roads. I've never felt a car hit the bumpstops so I can't say for sure that it is indeed hitting them so I measured from the bottom of the bump stop to the top of the strut housing and there is about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch of clearance between the two. Could this be an issue or should I look at the springs, struts etc?

1-2 inches is not bad really. I have about that much with my car, and I don't bottom out. I do have a significantly stiffer springs however. If you want to check bump travel, put a ziptie around the strut pushrod, and take a car for a drive. You can google that method for more info.
