COBRA owners:
I have performed a suspension job on the V6 already using C/C plates,X2 Balljoints, Bumpsteer Kit, Springs, & Shocks/Struts.
The Cobra is a convertible & completely stock right now.
-I am ordering the X2 balljoints again. MM C/C Plates again, MM Bumpsteer Kit again.
-What springs, in your opinion now that your car is complete, would provide the best comfort ride? I am again going for at least a 2" drop. * I wanted to get Maximum Motorsports springs but do not know what the final result looks like. http://www.maximummotorsports.com/s...ct_info&cPath=514_22_323_329&products_id=1095
-Of course I have spent hours looking at our picture data base but would like to hear about comfort AND stance.
Thanks again, -Robb

imo the H&R SS give the best stance and with the right struts it rides well also. I don't believe there is any name brand spring that's going to drop the car more than 2".

Yea like he said I doubt any out of the box springs will give you more then a 2" drop. With that being said you can't go wrong with H&R

SR springs or the sve, can't recall which of the two, promise a 2" drop.

Id go with H&R and no ISOs front or back. Trust me it will be low. I have one iso removed up front and can barely fit a finger in between. I should have removed them in the rear but i ran out of electrical tape lol. I'm gonna have to tear it apart again, i really want to be that low!

Do it once and do it right. Spend the extra money and get a common name brand spring and a good strut/shock combo.

Springs:
H&R
Eibach

Struts/Shocks:
Bilstein HD (from MM)
Koni STR.T
Eibach Pro Dampers
Tokico

H&R SS is what I'm going to get then, thanks alot. I appreciate that.
My parts list will be: MM C/C plates, MM bumpsteer kit, Steeda X2 balljoints, Koni STR T shocks/struts, H&R SS springs.
*If you remember, the suspension job I did on the V6 was with Fox Body parts (lowering springs, shocks/struts). Now, with the Cobra, I was planning on just purchasing 94-04 parts. Make sense??
