The offset's are way off. I've seen people run stock 05+ wheels with spacers so I'm sure you could make them fit with the right size spacer but off the top of my head, I can't remember what size people use.

by the time you spend that on spacers you're probably better off buying a wheel for 94-04, unless the style you want only comes for the S197 cars.

^197's do have far more choices in wheels.. But I agree that's an additional $200 ontop of the wheel pricing

I do find it pretty cool that companies make the proper space just for this very purpose

Without spacers the tires are all tucked in, looks like it's on its tippy-toes. Definitely need spacers. Pic of wheel in question?

The vintagevenom kit will give you the proper backspacing for the sn body. You will be fine if thats what your planning.

Without the proper backspacing your rear wheels go in more than my belly button.

The only sn ive seen in person was 5.0 editor mike johnsons 95 cobra with the vintage kit and his worked out fine. You may want to look threw there archives as I know he wrote an article about it. Otherwise I would call vintage vemon and ask them as Im pretty sure nobody on this site has done it before.
