Are the bolt-on connectors any good ?

Any pros and cons of either weld in or bolt on ?

Thanks..... Outlaw

the bolt on SFCs are Total BS. They need to be welded to the frame to take full effect. This way they become part of the car

I was really impressed with the MM XL subs, they're pressed and gussetted to hold their form, and have the seat mount cross braces.
they're relatively inexpensive, and I can lift my car off the lift on one corner.

They're not too hard to weld in, if you want to go that rought, it's better.

Ive been busy starting a new life. I got remarried and in the middle of buying a house. My wife is into SHO's , so now I have 3 projects....lol I'll be on here alot more again now..... like the good old days...lol

Im going to rebuild most of the suspension on the Mustang, get ready for the SC next year.

Looks like I'll be going with the weld-ins with the seat bars.

Bolt on are no good at all.

I second this. The stress will be transfered to the bolts and not the connector.
