01 GT calipers on 95 GT

I just scored a pair of calipers, brackets, and new rotors for $40. What is the scoop on brake lines for this conversion?

I think I have a pair of 95 Cobra lines, and since the Cobra calipers are PBR as well these should work?

The 01 lines do not work correct? I've swapped the 99-04 GT calipers on a Fox and a SN but both had custom braided lines which worked. Why do the 95 lines not work?

The difference comes from where the hard line connection to the flex hose is, earlier years take longer lines, your '95 PBR lines should work.
