01 GT P0190?

Just started it after a few days took 3-5 second to start my app said fuel rate 0.8-0.9 idk if that helps let it run for 5 mins turned it off waited a min started the car again and it started right up

When you get on it doing even a few mild pulls does it kinda sputter or sound like shit?

No the car seems to drive fine only things I notice are once it idled at 1500 instead of 1000 after driving for like 5 mins hasn't happened again but while idling I hear some kind of thump over the exhaust from the rear of the car
