03/04 cobra swap! (1996 Cobra)

I have a 1996 Cobra, I really like the idea of putting a 03/04 Cobra engine, transmission, interior, and everything besides irs. I would like to do it within the next year and was wondering if anyone has any advice or opinions on the swap. It seems like it is pretty rare and I really like the way SC95 did his car its beautiful.
