03 04 mach 1 hood swap question

swapping to a different hood. deleting shaker. will be dropping that soon.
question being, once i take off all the brackets and related hardware for the scoop i shouldnt have any issues mounting a different hood correct? more specifically this hood.

shaker hood shaker intake and filter box

ill buy some of the parts

why on earth would you get rid of the ram air performance
that is what makes a mach 1 a mach 1

I want a different hood? One on car isn't original and it's damaged so.
But yes I'll be putting up everything but the air box. Snorkel, scoop, mounting hardware and drain lines etc eventually I'm lazy tho. Have to figure out the going rate for them
