The "American muscle" wheel (or whatever Mustang store you use to buy replica mustang wheels) will work for your car. If you're looking at something like rovos then you probably need to roll. Can always bust out the tape measure.

My current wheels are 8inches wide with 245s, but the tape puts a 10.5 wheel about an inch outside of my fenders which I deffinately don't want.
