our cars are capale of 13's with very little mods.... it is a driver thing that gets you those et's. it my old 91 my dad could pull a 13.6 when all I could do was a 14.3...thats almost a second from just a different driver./

I think it will be tough to get, you will need slicks and a hard launch with great driving to get close

Yeah I was going to say I ran a 14.1@61mph only using 1st and second gear, but I thought that would be mean also. :hammer:

if you practice alot and learn your cars power band.....maybe....what I mean is don't run your rpm's to 5800 if you stop making power at 5000... it may not seem like alot but alot of people rev to almost 6000 and their dyno sheets say their car's power drops after 5200.....after I got my car dyno'd and I set my shift light to my max power levels before it starts to drop it keeps you where you need to be...this might be good for a tenth or 2...the rest is getting a good 60'. go find a back road somewhere and PRACTICE... there are guys in texas with bolt on's running consistent 13's but they've been driving for a long time...the problem isn't your car its the operator...although if your car has crazy numbers it makes it alot easier\\

Yes....hell yes. Stock 94 with 110,000miles on it, underdrive pullies, homemade cold air intake, and unhooked mufflers. I ripped off a string of 14.2s on plain old Eagle F1s with a 2.0 60'. Unless you bottom end is weak or worn out, that car should damn near WALK to 13s.

I pulled a 14.1 with intake and exhaust on street tires with a 2.4 60'

If i had a set of Nitto's on my car, i can almost GUARNTEE that i would have poked into the high 13's. AND you have gears.... im still rocking my stock 3.08's

shouldn't be a problem, just be confident. Last week with just catback, hpipe, and bumped timing I ran 14.1@99 on almost bald street tires (2.3 60') Next up for me is gears and dr's....but i know with tires alone it'll go 13's...that's just for a comparision, no i'm not a very good driver IMO.

Im hoping for it. We shall see. The thing is I need to drive like 2 hours to the nearest track and its kinda something I rather do with buds than by my lonely... But I hope to run at least low 14's.
