Hi all,

The car has been away from me for a couple of weeks as there was an issue with the brake lines - sprayed the inspector doing the annual safety check as they split at the test!

All sorted now and I've got her back, but I've notice that the bonnet is not sitting right - it's up on the right-hand-side (as you look at it from the front - see below). The right-side of the image shows more of the top of the headlight than the left.

I thought it looked a bit odd as I was driving back and that the catch hadn't taken but it's firmly shut.

I noticed there's a couple of rubber stops on the front of the inside bonnet which I thought could be adjusted to angle the fit, but I'm not seeing how to shift them.

Clearly I need to raise the left-hand side (as you look at the picture) - is there an easy adjuster I've missed somewhere???

Thanks in advance.

Those rubber stops are how it’s adjusted. You turn them clockwise to lower and counterclockwise to raise them as they’re threaded. Don’t adjust them too high or else the hood latch won’t catch completely or you’ll have to slam the hood to catch.

Cheers.

I shall persevere with them a bit more. I had a feeling they were the case but didn't want to force anything in case I wasn't right.
