1994 runs to rich needs a tune

Hey guys. I bought my 1994 gt with a tweecer computer in it, and the previous owner said it needs a tune. it runs a little rich, AFR gauge usually reads around 15-17 at idle and 12-14 above 3500 rpms, its pretty spuratic (moves a lot). It has a usb hook-up and dial in the glove box for a laptop hook-up. but I have never tuned a computer before. I was just wondering if anyone has some tips/advice on how to tune the car myself. It has a e303 cam, dished/ forged pistons, gt40p heads, gt40 intake upper/lower, 30lb injectors, 1.7 roller rockers, powerdyne supercharger, methanol boost cooler, bbk cold air intake, bbk shorty headers. any leads would be awesome. I was in your same position not long ago. There is a lot of info out there both good and bad. This is what I have learned. If you are good with computers and willing to do a lot of research you can tune your car right. I'm not, but I am learning. I use the moates QH with a licensed binary editor. Using the QH/BE, the datalogging feature and a professional tuner, we were able to tune my car. As for tuners I would trust to do this, Michael Decipha Ponthieux. I've learned the most from him on his website http://www.efidynotuning.com/ Decipha really expects you to know what your doing so make sure you read and reread all pre tuning scenarios before you proceed ; http://www.dirtydirtyracing.com/zc/ No personal experience with but I have talked to a few people that used them with great success. Pops racing and brooks speed have a good internet rep. There are a few more but I can't think of them at the moment.
