So I recently got a beat up '03 3.8L to mess around with and discovered my fan wasn't kicking on and found this wiring mess that someone left for me(see attached pictures). I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to electronic components and don't want to short or damage the CCRM or anything so I figured I'd see if one of you guys could help me out. I have 3 wires coming from the fan motor( 2 ORG, 1 BLK) and 2 from the CCRM( 1 RED, 1 BLK).

The BLK and one of the ORG from the motor are currently wired to the BLK and RED going into the CCRM. The other ORG off the motor goes into a connector at the top of the fan shroud which based from my research is a dropping resistor to allow the fan to accomplish low speed. Then the wire coming off the other side of the dropping resistor( also ORG) is cut and is of unknown origin to me...

Just trying to get everything wired back to stock, PCM/CCRM controlled, and both low and high settings functional.

Thanks,
Ryan
