I got my Ebay $40 lip today. I couldn't resist mocking it up.

Pretty low for still not being dialed in or on any wheels..

thats ****ing gay...

Roll/Pull + camber = stupid ass shit.

If you want to go 10+ on the width, find some Karlton flares...

Check out Hershey's old STi

^I have to agree. The hellagay thing is just that.. gay. And on a subie the flares allow you to run the x10s and make it look badass.... I'd definitely take the flared route

Thanks guys for the opinions, you just motivated me to do it even more. If I can piss as many people off with this car as I did with my civic, I'll be happy.

How is calling something gay an insult or something negative. Grow up guys.Sound like grade six kids.

I think a small amount of camber can look good. I like you're thinking though, gotta love pissing people off.

The flares on subies look so good though.... Do both! Flared hellaflush lol. Extra pissed off people!

Ehhh I'm not too crazy about the flares. I don't want to cut the fenders all to hell to run 18x10s, I'd much rather tear up cheap tires than a $10,000 car.

I messed with the wing today.

Spent $3 on some bolts

Cut the heads off of them

Screwed them in

And sanded the wing a little more, then painted it.

After paint only

Mocked up

And after clear. I'll see how it looks in the morning, but I think I can wetsand and make it look pretty smooth. Not bad for a $12 can of paint. The color match is dead on! I'm going to paint the side skirts and some other pieces as well.

I let the wing dry overnight and put it on this morning.

Since I was in the trunk I cleaned up everything some.

I even found the OEM Subaru tools back there.

I've still got some work to do on the trunk mat.

Nasty brakes

Cleaner brakes.

Front lip installed. I still need my STI splitters for it to look right.

Rolled the front lips too.

I also went ahead and maxed out the camber in the front. I don't know if it will be enough for my wheels though.

The mess

And all finished for the day.

The 18x10's are going to look nasty on there. Glad you aren't afraid to stuff a little wheel in there

I've always loved WRX blue. It was one of the reasons I got my GTI.

You should put a set of STi front splitters on the bumper to compliment the v-limited lip. You can get them pre-painted, with hardware, brand new from Subaru Genuine Parts for like $150 a set. Good deal, in my opinion for the upgrade in appearance.

Funny you mention this, because I ordered splitters and foglight covers from them last night, lol
