Damn that's high.

We had a member here recently sell his SN and picked up a 2009 GT500 Vert for 30grand with only 9000 miles on it. mavisky

Wow that is a good deal. Average price around here is around 36,000-37,000 for Shelby's with less than 30,000 miles on them (for that year). We do what is called market based pricing at my store. What that means is we take a sample set of all the cars that are with in a set range (25/50/100/200/500) and price out vehicles acordingly. http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...&firstRecord=1&numRecords=25&searchRadius=200

We take out the highest (in this case the $80,000 super snake) and the lowest (the $32,800 one with 36,000 miles) and then try to price our vehicles in the middle to cheapest. At the end of the day though it is just a car to us, and we would let it go at the right price.

Just saw this but mine was actually a 2009 vert for $34,900 with 9,000 miles on it. Original MSRP on mine was 53,900.

Thought you talked them down for some reason. Oh well.

Well that's what they were asking. The numbers get messy once you start factoring in trade-ins, down payments, and their sales price.

That in a nutshell is just it.....None the less, that is still a good price that they were selling you it at. If I could ask, about when did you buy it (like what month)

Purchased it about 2 months ago in Gainesville, GA. All stock aside from Nitto NT555's all around, aluminum reservoir caps under the hood, and sequential taillight harness.

1 of only 4 Convertibles in 2009 in Vapor Silver with the optional red/black interior. Also a stripe delete car from the factory, but I haven't been able to track down if any of the other 3 cars were stripe deletes as well.
