I have a 95 mustang gt and I have a buddy with a set of wheels that i'd love to have, the are 5 on 4.5 15 x 10 4.5. I have no clue what that means. He said he tried them on a 04 mustang and they didn't look right.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mustang bolt pattern is 5x114.3. 114.3 millimeters = 4.5 inches. 5x114.3 = 5x4.5". 5 is the number of lug holes and 114.3mm/4.5" represents the diameter of the circle they create.

10x15" sounds like a drag wheel. Check the offset. They might not be made for our cars.

Which is why you need to check the offset. If the wheel has a negative offset it will sit further out.

Usually you want a 6.5-5.5 backspacing for 15x10 wheels.

4.5" isn't enough back spacing, you want atleast a 6.5" on a 10'' wheel...
