Guys that have long tubes(bbk’s or similar)and t56’s or tr6060’s, since the bell house is separate. Can you do a clutch swap w/o pulling the header like I have to with the 3650
2004 w/new T56 Mag, same Mac Longtubes, Quicktime bellhousing (stock would be same), yes...no problem.Guys that have long tubes(bbk’s or similar)and t56’s or tr6060’s, since the bell house is separate. Can you do a clutch swap w/o pulling the header like I have to with the 3650
Im using a TR3650 with a Gen 2 coyote on a 91 foxbody any help or advice u can help im having trouble finding out a bell housing for itWanted to add (in case anyone stumbles accross this in the future)...
I previously had a TR3650 w/same Mac long tubes. I removed all of the passenger side header nuts, but left the header in place. I did not raise or lower the engine / was still bolted in place.
When pulling the TR3650, rotate the trans counter clockwise when looking at from tailshaft end. Mine came right out...no issues. For clarity, it did scrape against the collector flange, and we did have to wiggle the header around a bit, but it was very uneventful.
