Have a couple of ORIGINAL parts off my bro's 91 fox.. 30k miles.. Neither the throttlebody, nor the EGR spacer include the gaskets.. The throttlebody will WORK ON 94-95 5.0s if your running a regular foxbody style intake manifold (without the tb elbow).
