I have a bi-xenon 6000k kit. The headlights are way brighter than the high beams!
I dunno what the dilly is.
I need to adjust mine though, I know that much.

I hate you nerds who have HIDS when I drive past you at night. I can't see for the next 10 minutes cause everytime I blink I see those bright ass lights
