94 GT dies at light when letting clutch out

On my way to work today, the car cut out at a stop light when I went to take off. Car would crank but wouldnt fire afterwards. pushed it over into the parking lot. used some jumpers cables to get it to fire again, but when I went to drive it, every time I let the clutch out to move it would die, even at 2-3k rpms. Where shouod I start, IAC, MAF. Car is bone stock, 220k miles.

Start by looking for vac leaks

Hm, I did just replace the thermostat, maybe the housing didnt seal right

maybe the alternator isn't puting out enough voltage or the battery has a dead cell.
