94 GT value

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question.

My neighbor has a white on white with red leather 94 GT convertible she is looking to sell. The twin of the one I used to own. Only about 200 of this color combination was produced.

She is owner #2. 13,000 original miles, mint condition, all original except for regular maintenance items. Garaged by both owners since day 1.

Any idea on value? I told her to start at 15k and go from there.

She also has a 66 hardtop and a 05 convertible. The 94 doesn't get driven, and she wants the garage back.

First place I'd look is bringatrailer.com for closed auctions to get an idea of what equivalent cars have gone for.

That car is worth like $5,000 even at that mileage, they've depreciated 4% in the last 3 years alone. It's a GT, people don't really want them.

I understand someone would pay more for it at auction, but they'd be foolish when you could buy a newer Cobra for less than $15K.

Surfing the web, I am seeing asking prices of 20k+ for 94/95 GT's with under 10,000 miles. 15k for cars in the 30,000 mile range and 10k for cars in the 50,000 mile range. She is in no hurry, so I think 15k is a good starting price for the car. There a lot of people that want a nice car for shows and cruise-in's that don't want older rides. They like ps, pdb, pw, ac and the reliability of a computer controlled fuel injected engine.

I'd say $15k would be a good asking price. See where that takes you.
Verts are the least valuable, but that's still some low mileage. Assuming it is in the shape you describe.
