Dyno tune it instead of an over the internet or out of a can tune would be a good start. That is pretty low. What cam? Have you played with timing?

I dont believe diablo makes any tuning hardware for the 94 mustangs. It is tweecer and moates quarterhorse. If you want more power you have to add timing and lean the car out. Be careful though as you do to much of either and you can blow gaskets and possibly crack your block. what air fuel ratio are you running at WOT?

Does it just have a stock computer, no tune at all?

Go to FinishLine performance in Denver. Or a few other good tuners locally. Rob Williams, Scot Patten, or even EDP in the springs. All can get you setup. My NA gt40 setup puts down 260 so yea, something is off.

I mean the fact that its a 5.0 car. I assume chips are similar.....
The computers are very different the fox mustang uses the a9l computer. the 94-95 computers are supposedly better but have been known to be less mod friendly

Some time zone
All year Mustangs 1986-2004 (and other Fords) have the same J3 port (the port that the chip is attached to) on the back of the computer. These chips (Diablo, SCT, Moates, Tweecer etc etc) aren't year specific, however the programming/tune is.

I don't beleive the OBD2 need it, do they? Isn't that just a 86-95 thing?

I put a bama chip on my 5.0 and it was barely able to make it to the dyno to get a proper tune on it.

If there is fuel coming out of the pressure test port with nothing attached the schrader valve in the test port is stuck or damaged and not sealing.
