You turn the key you get no crank at all the starter does not turn it over .
Brand new starter and I tested the main power wire going to the starter.
Along with jumping the starter with cables to get it to turn over.
New rebuilt ccm just put in 30 days ago.

If the motor won't crank you have another issue. Ya can't test injector pulse without cranking the motor

Thank you .
Someone had said maybe a ing wire off the key to test that to make sure there is power on that.

Neither of those fuses should have anything to do with your issue. The 10amp in the bay is for power seats. The other 10amp is for hazards stop lights.

the starter relay is located in the fuse box under the hood. There should be 3 relays and it is in the middle. If you can find a helper to push the key over to start and see if you can feel the relay click when they do. If you are adventures use the test light to test output 85/86 on the relay output in the box. If you look at the bottom of the relay you will see the numbers 85/86 87/87a/30 to designate which is which.

Unfortunately I really don't have anyone to help.

I did just pull the starter and hooked up a positive to the small post on the starter and ran it up to the battery so I can hold it to the positive and was just able to get to crank over that way.

With cranking it over with the wire I tried some starting fluid no start hooked up a inline spark tester from spark plug boot to spark plug no spark as well.

do it again but turn the key on. If I read that right and if the ignition was off and you were cranking it, it will not fire the injectors or the plugs. It sounds like you bypassed the starter relay. You could simply try putting a new one in there and see if it starts up.

but we got it cranking, like I said it sounds like the starter relay might be bad. They are not that expensive to try out and could not be any easier. If we get that part then we can check spark/fuel

I just swapped the middle relay with the front one no change .I did put a new ccrm in it when I first started having issues as I was not getting any fuel pressure.Niw I have fuel pressure.
Look close you can see my red wire I hold to the battery cable and you can see my spark plug tester down in there.

So if the relay was bad I don't think I should have got a horn.Becase I swapped them.
So no start on crank .use jumper wire to positive and it cranks but no spark .

All I can think of is ECU ?

it sounds like the relay is ok, but I would still put your volt meter on the slots that pins 85/86 got to and this will allow us to see if it is getting a signal from the key to activate the relay. Polarity does not matter but you should show 12v on those pins as long as the key is in the crank position. You could also throw 12v on pin 30 to see if it cranks to check the wire between the relay and the starter

Update .I had one of the connectors from the abs swapped and that was keeping it from having no spark and fuel pump to run.

Now I have the no start still off key and will be ordering a new key ing along with a new ignition box.

But I did hear the motor run so that was great .

test the relay inputs like I said above before you start to throw parts at it and that will tell you if the problem is before or after the relay. It could still be the wire from the relay to the starter. If you do need to replace the ignition cylinder it comes with a key, but it will no longer match your door key unless you take it to a locksmith with the original key and have them rekey it
