I found a 95 GT with 150K miles for sale that the owner is asking 4K for. It has msd dist. & box, cai, flows, bassani x, bassani lt, 3.73's, short shifter, ported heads and intake.....my question is do you guys think this would be a good buy. I owned a 2001 GT and now have a 92 LX and it rattles too much for me plus the fact that it has no heater or ac helps also....

I've asked this on another 94-95 specific site but they never responded... :slap:

If the car is in good shape. Its hard to tell by what you said on here. But for $4,000 it won't hurt. I paid $5,500 for mine but it was completely stock, 5 speed, and black interior.

Overall it looks to be in good shape. It's red with grey/black interior. body looks straight, no rust....the only thing I'm worried about is the mileage

Mileage doesnt mean anything if it has been taken care of. Get a compression test before you decide anything.

I posted this in introductions as well.....Finally bought it

I've been lurking on this site trying to gather information on 94-95 SN-95s until I found one to purchase....

Well I finally bought one.....from a friend. It's a 1994 Mustang GT [ Wish I could've bought a Cobra ]. It has about 135K miles, 5 Speed, C&L Intake, 70MM Throttle Body, 3.73s, White Face Gauges, Shorty Headers, BBk X-Pipe, Semi Deep Dish Black Cobra's, MSD Ignition, K&N filter, Dash pod.....for $3,500

I used to own a 2001 MG GT 5 Speed, but due to financial reason had to sell it. The kid I sold it to wrecked it a month or so later. I then bought a Fox but I could never grow to enjoy it as much as the SN-95 [ especially missed the interior ]. I'm glad to be back and am now considering selling the fox.....

Here's a couple pics [ I'll try to get better quality ones later ]

I never go off mileage, these are all what would now qualify as "older cars" so condition is much more important thanm mileage. O0

$3500 :dancing6:nice deal. Wish I could find one around my area for that price. Looks great outside of needing some lowering springs but im sure you already have a mile long list of mods. Congrats on the purchase.

Yea the 4x4 look needs to go away and I want to tint it and the previous owner put a msd ignition in it and the car pings at high rpms. It needs a tune up....but I'm excited. The thing I like about this car is every dogs them and thinks of them as insignificant [ outside of us stang bangers] and I'm going to have fun building this one up. A friend of a friend had a drop 94 that ran 11.7 n/a and 10.9s with the juice...331 stroker....so I know these cars can be fast.....thanks for the compliments once again
