96 exhaust question

so i met a guy while crusing the other night,
had a awesome sounding exhaust and was on an 96 cobra,
hes selling the exhaust, shorty headers;catless x; and single chamber flows.
will the exhaust transfer from a cobra to a GT?

Almost positive the headers won't.
The x pipe and cat-back should.

oh well maybe i could ebay the headers then or something.
350 for x pipe and s/c flows is way to good to pass up i believe.
