98 Gt wont start

Hi guys. Having a problem here with my project car 98 mustang gt. I rebuilt the front radiator support but forgot to put the grounds down before starting the car. Now car will not start. Turn key nothing and absolutely nothing happens. Lights come on, dash, radio, power seats etc. Checked fuses everything is good, No PATs issue and new starter & batter

Have you gone back over everything and made sure ALL your ground straps and plugs are intact and connected?

Not uncommon for new starters to be bad either - I would double check that and all electrical connections first.
