I ordered the Ford Performance Improvement Intake Manifold to replace my non-PI intake manifold. I’m keeping my non-PI heads, I also purchases the gaskets. The intake already have gaskets installed, do I remove the installed gaskets or did I receive the incorrect intake?

Ford changed suppliers for the pi intake so the new ones are pretty much Dorman clones. You do not need to mess with the gaskets. Keep the ones on the intake and put some rtv around the water ports towards the front of the heads.
