How does this attach? And I am guessing it wont cover any previous spoiler holes?

Ive been suggesting 3m VHB tape. Its thin and holds extremely well. Otherwise you can bolt or glue it for a more permanent installation.

Im unsure if it covers the holes on the 01-04 cars, it might the rear holes (the top flange is about 2 1/2-3” forward of the rear of the decklid).

Im in WV about 2 hours west of Washington DC.

I’ve seen/found a few 94-98 cars for cheap around me, but just couldnt spend the $$$ at the time on them. Next summer finances should be a little easier and allow for some more interesting investments.

Shipping runs around $50 for Texas... mostly depends on UPS or USPS priority.

Right now i have my hands full with other projects, so itll be Mid Jan at the earliest before i could begin working on one.
