The A/C line on my 1996 Ford Mustang GT is freezing up. Til the point it looks frozen. Is this normal ?

either the blower quit working or you need a recharge

Typically low on charge if your blower is 100%.

Doe air come out of the vents? Does it blast pretty hard? I don't know of a technical way to tell, they either work or don't fr my experience.
