A new tuner

[White 96GT]

Well I saw on RPMOUTLET.com the other day a tuner called the sniper. It looks to be the same as the x-call 2 only with a few more features. ALso I was wondering. the sniper costs like 390 Bucks. And they have a kit that includes the sniper/ Accel coil on plug setup w/ new spark plugs for 450 bucks. So whats the catch? you getting a coil on plug setup for basicly 60bucks?

Any ways to sum it up is this a good opption to the X-cal2 and what is the deal with only a 60 dollar increase?
