When I swapped calipers and lines on my 04 I ended up with some air in the ABS pump. I used a Motive bleeder as well as a vacuum bleeder. I got most of the air out with those. For the last little bit I drove the car over to a high school parking lot by my house after it rained and slammed on the brakes a few times from about 25-30mph. It was enough to get the pump to activate and pump out the bubbles.
