If I wanted to move around some lines/pieces would it be ok to use hoseclamps or is there something else I should use?

Considering the high side will see as much as 160psi, I wouldn't recommend it.
If you are dead set on doing so, fab your lines and run them where you would like... Then remove them and bring them to a shop that can crimp on the proper fittings and build the lines correctly.
Just using hose clamps, is asking for a leak.
