Ever since I did the HCI swap I've had this issue. Ac on, car will stall coming to a stop, and even in first or 2nd gear slowing down. Car has a dyno tune on it, I was able to use the AC on the way home but that was about it.. IAC is working, tested that. Unplugged it, car stalled, so it works. I bumped up the idle a little bit, it idles, but as soon as you rev it, idle drops all the way down and she stalls. Turn it back on, AC off, and it struggles to idle, rpms go up and down, and unless you gas it, it stalls. Ac compressor works fine. I'm ready to torch it. Somebody help.

And before anyone says it, no I'm not deleting the AC. I like to be comfortable when I drive, and so do my passengers. Haven't been able to use AC in over 5 months. I'm just done with this car lol. Always something.

I should add that it stalls in reverse too, every time.. rev it up and roll back, shuts off.

Don't have a restrictor plate on but I guess you mean try one out? Maf is clean, Trickflow stage one cam, kirban adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Fuel pressure is good. I called the tuner and he said I can bring the car in and they'll check it out for me. I don't have the time at the moment.

Yea try one. What are the numbers on the cam. I doubt this is the case with a cam they label as stage one but if the cam isnt creating enough vacuum you will have idle issues. Whats the regulator set at

That cam isnt wild lsa's not crazy either. Even if you put 1.7 rockers on it wont increase your lift too much. Hmmm
Coil ok not cracked? Do you have aftermarket dizzy? You might have already said this..........vacuum test, check your evap system make sure the canister isnt cracked and lines are good.

This isnt an ac problem. Somethings dropping your idle, so basically either, vacuum or fuel pressure. But you said fp is good. Could be spark, like a cracked coil or bad distributer but youd have a miss in it more than likely.

Still rockin the original dizzy, coil seems fine. I'll have to look into the evap stuff. Yeah its not a crazy cam so thats why I'm skeptical as to whats going on ya know.
