Ok, I am thinking of advancing the timing, but am not 100% clear. Is it goign to Lower my 1/4?? What effect is it going to have. I was thinking 12-13 degrees.

current mods: k&n, equal length headers, o/r h-pipe with Highflow cats welded in, Pullies and a Hurst shifter. Thanks in Advance.

12-13 should be fine as long as you run good gas(93 octane). Remember to set it with the spout pulled out. You may pick up some ET in the 1/4 and some mph. Every engine will respond diffrently to bumping the timeing. Just give it a try and see how it goes.

What would you guys reccomend timing wise for 90degree weather running 91 octane with my mods? Just curious, Is it even worth it? I am running stock timing as far as I can tell.
