there was a guy on before with a mystic cobra in that condition ( paint wise) i believe he sold it and got a black cobra in good condition. I wonder if thats the same cobra??? Anyone remember his name?

But it says it cant be titled? So its a waste of a 96 mystic? Or am i reading this wrong:??
