100% tie off is an excellent fall protection policy BUT it helps to uncoil the lanyards when you climb down.

Yea I took that picture about one second late of the best part...he tried to go under the caution tape and climb back up the ladder while he was still tied off, then he figured it out. I've seen a couple people go to jump down from a few feet off the ground and forget they were tied off and just swing there just high enough off the ground that their feet won't touch.....priceless.
