Any way i can tell if i got a cam?

OK well on my 95gt ive gotten rid of the smog pump and del the egr,with o/r h-pipe,flows and the car has a slight rough idle but the car runs solid any sign of maybe a cam swap?It looks like the motor has been take apart. As far as what was done i dont know..i got pics at cardomain link is on my profile....also last question is that i dont know if those are stock headers on my gt or aftermarket can anyone tell??

well it sounds like i have a very mild cam but i cant tell if its just something wrong from an egr del

do you have a sound clip of your car...the only way to know is going to be play it by ear... maybe if the quality is good we could determin if its cammed
