Hey Guys anyone familiar with this chip/module? I know there’s reviews on the Etsy page, but wanna know if yall have any personal experiences with it.

No. It doesn't do anything, it can't do anything. That's not how any of this works. The ECU never asks the OBD port for its opinion about how to run the engine.
