I purchased a QA1 94-04 K member new in the box. It didn't fit my 01 30k mile Bullitt. I called and emailed QA1 3 weeks ago and crickets. I ordered a BMR k member from LMR, got it in 3 days and am now waiting on an alignment.

my car had front end damage but it does not show up on carfax. Just because the panels line up straight does not mean that underneath it they don't have a 1/2" spacer to get it in the correct position after being in an accident. If that were caused by damage it would be hard to see since it is a little bit off but I am just spitballing ideas anyway. I went with Max motorsports myself but never heard of these being off out of the box but it is possible it could have been tweeked a little bit out during building them or during shipping.

I am afraid their answer will be that you must have front end damage and it isn't their problem if they do reply. Hopefully that is not the case and now after the weekend you hear back finally.

What's your bolt spacing across the K-member and across the frame rail?

With the engine in place, it might be tough to measure bolt spacing of the rails, but you might be able to get it for the K-member.

I have 33 5/8" center to center on the main rails, and 28 3/8" for the rear lower K-member inner bolts center-to-center. Those aren't official measurements, but just dimensions on a non-tweaked K-member. One side of the OEM k-member is slotted to allow for some variation in frame rail width, so there will definitel be a +/- on the rails.

If you can take some measurements of your QA1, I could pull my QA1 out of the box and check those against mine.

there is a video that I think Max Mot made that shows how to square up the K and you could use that to check if the frame is tweeked a little.
