Ford has big rigs as well. They use to have the L-series which is now gone but the 750 is rated to pull with almost any big rig you will find world wide.

To me the 750 is still a pickup truck. With big rig I mean something like Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, etc. Ford used to build those, like the LTL-series but since the Aeromax Ford doesn't build big rigs in the US. In Europe they stopped building big rigs after the Transcontinental was a sales disaster in the 70s, they build the light-truck Cargo until the 90s.

Currently the only real trucks (not pickups) Ford builds are the Cargo that is build in Turkey for the local market. But do correct me if this is not correct.
