Anyone running an SDS ECU/EMU(not the dancing EMU!) MisFire Problems

Anyone running an SDS system on their 5.0?
Trying to diagnose a rough idle/misfire after replacing the FMS 24LB injectors with
the newer FMS 24LB injectors(have pigtail converters)
one had a cracked body and the other stuck plunger. replaced them all as they were 24yrs old!
I've done all the checks(plugs,wires/distributor/rotor) Haven't figured out how to test injectors
Cant get a stethoscope under the TF upper intake(They are bloody massive) and super close) to listen for
the signal(tick/tap)
Not sure if the SDS will report fueling issues or a misfire.
Car runs, but sounds like it has a gnarly cam with random engine shake.

You need a noid light to test your injectors. Most parts stores will have them usually in a kit. Just make sure you get the correct one for your injector style

THX 95Opal !! i remember reading about them. I will pick some up and give it a test! Hopefully they will allow me to put in place without getting hit by the upper intake manifold.

Not trying to rain on your parade,,,did you flow the inj BEFORE install? I have seen some REALLY bad new inj that were stuck and ones that flowed ALL over the place. the crap from Summit seems to be the worst. TRY to match up the best ones to get a set. a buddy hydralocked a cyl in his LS and lost a motor,, Summit junk.
Be aware that some inj will freeze shut at higher pressures, even in the same batch/brand and being new. I am using only Seimens stuff and it is still very suspect

update: Noid light confirmed they are getting signal.
took injectors and confirmed all flow properly. Ford Performance 24lb'ers.
what I found again when I removed the upper intake plenum(TF) was a fuel soaked gasket(between upper intake plenum and lower intake manifold(both TrickFlow)
Checked inside throttle body behind valve, felt some dry residue that smelled like fuel, but again, not wet or obviously fuel.
I pulled the vacuum lines off the fuel regulator and can smell fuel, but couldn't feel any wet fuel(I turned off the fuel pump then was turning over the car via ignition to test injector signal via noid lights)
Will button everything up again, then go through a start up, pull the vacuum lines and check for fuel. I'm hoping this is the smoking gun I need.
Otherwise, I am back to troubleshooting.

No fuel flows from the vacuum port on fuel regulator, but..
When I leave it unplugged, the car runs better, starts better.
has a tiny shake, but not like the misfire to when the vacuum line is connected.
