Aode questions

Going carb on my car. I am going to use my aode. Can you use the aode without the computer? I know you can use a manual valve body which is what I am going to do eventually, but I am looking for a mor temporary solution. I have a quaterhorse can I use this to run the trans until i get a valve body or is there another way that is to make the trans work for not alot of money.

If anyone wants to get rid of there computer and use there aode.
The cheapest way is suppose to be a transgo part. The part # is aode-3 I will keep yall posted.
